Child Safety Standards
Last updated: September 28, 2026
Bobble is made by Takeoff Newco, Inc., a United States company. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Who can use Bobble
You must be at least 13 years old. Accounts that appear to belong to someone under 13 are removed.
What's never allowed
- Any content that sexualizes a minor, including drawn, edited or AI-generated images
- Grooming: befriending or contacting a minor with a sexual intent
- Sextortion, or asking a minor for sexual images or information
- Sharing, requesting or linking to child sexual abuse material
- Any other behavior that exploits or endangers a child
How Bobble is built
- Only friends you've accepted can bobble you or send you notes. There is no public feed and no messages from strangers.
- You can block anyone: they can no longer find you, add you or bobble you, and they aren't told.
- Selfies are used only to make your own avatar. They are stored privately and never shown to other users.
How to report
- In the app: tap their name to open their page, then ••• → Report and choose Inappropriate content or May be under 13. Reports are anonymous.
- By email: hello@getbobble.com, subject "Child safety".
- If a child is in immediate danger, call 911 or your local police. You can also report to the NCMEC CyberTipline.
What we do
- We review child safety reports as a priority.
- We remove violating content and permanently ban the accounts involved.
- We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as required by US law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A), and preserve it as the law requires.
- We report users who exploit or try to exploit minors to law enforcement, and we cooperate with law enforcement investigations and valid legal requests.
