My Bobble doesn't look like me

Go to Settings → Remake my Bobble and take a new selfie in good light, facing the camera. You can pick between four versions.

The Dynamic Island doesn't show my crew

Make sure Live Activities are allowed: iPhone Settings → Bobble → Live Activities. Then open Bobble once: your island starts right away and fills up as friends join.

I don't get notifications

iPhone: Settings → Notifications → Bobble → Allow Notifications. Android: Settings → Apps → Bobble → Notifications → All Bobble notifications. In the app, Settings → Send me a test notification.

On Android, my crew isn't up top

On Android, your crew lives in a notification that stays at the top of your phone. Allow it in Settings → Apps → Bobble → Notifications → Your crew. If it disappears after a while, set Settings → Apps → Bobble → Battery to Unrestricted. Swiped it away? It comes back with the next bobble.

How do I get friends as bubbles on Android?

In Bobble, Settings → Friends as bubbles opens Android's bubble settings: pick All conversations can bubble. When a friend bobbles you, their head floats up top; tap it to bobble back.

How do I add friends?

Tap the + button on your shelf: search by @username, send your link by Messages or WhatsApp, or let a friend scan your QR code.

What is Together mode?

When you hang out IRL with someone from your crew who has it on too, your Bobbles huddle up in the app. It's on by default and needs location access; friends never see where you are, only that you're together. Turn it off anytime in Settings → Together mode, or go ghost.

Someone is bothering me

Tap their name to open their page, then ••• → Block or Report. Blocked people can't find you, add you or bobble you, and they aren't told. For anything that puts a child at risk, see our Child Safety Standards.

Delete my account

Settings → Delete my account. Your profile, Bobble, friends and bobbles are erased for good.
